Penser took a look at the top 10 remittance destinations for the UK, France and Germany to understand how much money is being sent our and to where.

In the UK, Nigeria and India lead the remittance destinations by a considerable margin, with $4.1 billion and $3.9 billion being sent respectively, and France rounds off the top three with $1.7 billion. In France, the top three destinations are much closer in value with Belgium at $2.9 billion, Spain at $2.7 billion and Morocco at $2.3 billion. In Germany, at about $2.1 billion each, France and Poland are the top two destinations, with Italy in third place with $1.3 billion.
